"Wheel is stuck"

This sound alert indicates that one or both wheels of Maya V2 are jammed and she cannot continue her cleaning work. Along with the sound alarm, Maya V2's power indicator will start flashing in red. In cases like these, please check her wheels for possible entangled objects such as long hair or fibers. Once these objects are removed, you can press the cleaning button on top of her or select a cleaning mode from the mobile app to get her back to cleaning.
