Betty slips down while climbing

There are several possible reasons for this abnormal behaviour of Betty.
If Betty’s mops or the surface itself are way too wet, she might not be able to get to the upper frame of the surface. Please do not use too much water or detergent to avoid possible slip of Betty.
Betty might also find it difficult to perform her cleaning modes if her mops or the surface she is attached to are way too dry. In these cases, you can use Betty’s plastic spray bottle and spray some water or detergent on her mops or directly on the surface.
If you use Betty in the bathroom, please keep in mind that if the joints between the tiles are too big, Betty’s cleaning work may be disturbed as she might find it impossible to stick to the surface.
