"Main brush stuck"

This sound alert indicates that the main brush of Maya V2 is jammed, and she cannot start/continue her cleaning work. Along with the sound alarm, Maya V2's power indicator will start flashing in red.

In cases like these, please check her brush for possible entangled objects such as long hair or fibers. Once these objects are removed, you can press the cleaning button on top of her or select a cleaning mode from the mobile app to get her back to cleaning.
