Can I return a Betty that I have recently purchased for a refund?

If you wish to return a Betty that you've purchased, you can expect a full or partial refund from our side if it is done in a 14-days term, starting from the date on which you’ve received your order.

The procedure of returning a product itself goes as follows:

First, please ensure that the Betty you're returning is repackaged well with all the cords, adapters, and documentation that were included when you received it. Also, please include proof of purchase (a copy of your order confirmation e-mail also works). You can also send it by e-mail to support@mclimate.eu
Then, ship the product back to us. You can use a courier company of your choice. Please note that the shipping costs should be on your behalf.

Once we receive the Betty you have purchased, a refund is initiated immediately. Depending on her condition, you will get a full or partial refund. If you've paid by a credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item.
