If you wish to return a SmartPlug that you've purchased, you can expect a full or partial refund from our side if it is done in a 14-days term, starting from the date on which you’ve received your order.
The procedure of returning a product itself goes as follows:
First, please ensure that the SmartPlug you're returning is repackaged well with all the cords, adapters, and documentation that were included when you received it. Also, please include proof of purchase (a copy of your order confirmation e-mail also works). You can also send it by e-mail to email@example.com
Then, ship the product back to us. You can use a courier company of your choice. Please note that the shipping costs should be on your behalf.

Once we receive the SmartPlug you have purchased, a refund is initiated immediately. Depending on his condition, you will get a full or partial refund. If you've paid by a credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item.
