What are the Wi-Fi requirements for using SmartPlug?

In order to successfully use SmartPlug, please make sure that your Wi-Fi network meets the following requirements:

• Wi-Fi network works on 2.4GHz
• Wi-Fi network does not have any Captive portals
• Wi-Fi network does not have any MAC address restrictions

* If you are in doubt whether your Wi-Fi network is compatible with our device, open the Admin panel of your router
